Samples are free of charge and can be ordered here.

Allow 3 weeks for delivery, although often sooner. If you -have a specific date for delivery please call us to check if we can achieve

All necessary brackets and screws (square head) are supplied.

Blinds can be re-skinned (fabric changed) if your decorative requirements change.

We recommend cleaning by a professional blind cleaning company alternatively use a damp cloth or baby wipes

All blinds are complete with a 5 year component & 10 year fabric guarantee.

If you make a measuring mistake we can amend blinds that are too big for $60 plus postage. Blinds that are too small will need to re-ordered. See Measuring Guide for more information.

If we make a manufacturing mistake we will replace at no additional cost to you.
